Sit on an exercise ball with your feet flat on the ground and your back resting against an incline bench. Hold a cable handle in one hand and position your arm at a 90-degree angle with your elbow bent. Press the cable handle forward and upward, extending your arm fully. Pause for a moment at the top, then slowly lower the cable handle back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other arm.
